This comment arises out of intense mental and cognitive conflict arising out of the depths of my experience. I am a fresher but that doesn't mean that self proclaimed extortionist thugs like the present day B-schools(read "IIMs) {hush- the later ones post 1990s} can take away whatever little zest for life , I, as well as many of my colleagues at these B-Schools have (sorry "had") . Come "Summer Placements"- the reports hardly mention even 10% of the reality. MBA education has now become a business of sorts. Glorification of 100% placements is a dream long broken and the ever inflating batch sizes does little to solve the problems. Many of my friends aren't yet placed, yet the placement reports mention 100% placements and yes, I have a problem with it. The environs in these B-Schools are made in such a way that even if one or two(just an understatement) slow mental deaths take place, not even the institute gets to know and the remains of the very bright students' minds would be buried, left to rot in the abyss of the very sophisticated world of MBA education, where appearances are taught to be made spic and span even if someone is battling with his career and life as well (now with the huge amount of burden of "Loans"). May be this is the first step towards managing one's life but why do we need to give up so much (namely peace of mind, financial strength and most importantly the once prevalent high ambitions rooted in us by the robots producing education system). Yes, I have a problem with this entire culture of MBA and I abhor it with all my heart and mind.

Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) is certainly among the best B-schools in India (and among the oldest too). Why don't you include the college in your featured list?

A story should be done on some lesser known but good bschools in india such as IISWBM in kolkata. Would be beneficial for the ones who dont know yet. Up for consideration maybe?
