Apart from clothing, Aditya Birla Group always had a major influence in my life. Since childhood, I have been visiting the plant, their colonies and, their schools. Aditya Birla Group deeply believes in values and principles. Challenges are part and parcel of one’s life. Also, Challenge is a very relative term, the situation which I am feeling is challenging may be a cakewalk for another person. But in order to achieve something or stay in line with your goal, one must have faced a lot of challenges. No matter how trivial they feel now, but at some point in time, they were the biggest hurdles in your path. Since the beginning of studies, I was decently good in it. I have scored well in almost every exam in school. My first failure came when I couldn’t crack one of the competition exams after higher secondary. Failing in the subject which you really enjoy studying was a little shocking and made me fearful of the subject. But I overcome it by giving the subject more time and by better understanding it in the graduation. I graduated in one stream and got a job in an entirely different stream. This was another challenging situation for me. Coming from different background, it was very difficult to grab hold of things in the job initially. A Similar situation arose when I switched from an IT job to management education. This was the first time I was being acquainted with the business and management world. Being an engineering graduate, it was quite taxing and testing to cope up. Apart from these, there were a lot of challenging situations due to the location change, language barriers, peer pressure that have been part of my journey so far. Perseverance is the key. If you give time to the problems or hardships you are facing and handle them patiently, even the biggest of them can be tackled very conveniently.
