Power of Values
Aditya Birla group’s reach is humongous. Since its inception in 1857 by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla, it has managed to reach out and positively affect millions of lives. Be it any industry, Aditya Birla Group has a presence over there. From Fashion, telecom, financial services to cement, textile and other services, Aditya Birla Group leads the market in many ways.
By Aditya Birla Group, I always remember Pantaloons. The go to shopping destination for my whole family. Pantaloons has simplified shopping for us. The best of the brands are present at one single space. All the formal brands, Van Huesen, Peter England, Allen Solly have been the favourite brands of both my father and brother to dress for their official occasions. My personal favourite would be Forever21, a brand that I absolutely adore for their variety and quality.
Aditya Birla Groups value based system is something I look up to and aspire to base my values upon. The five values make the core of the group and these values are something that every person in the world should abide by. Integrity, commitment, passion, seamlessness and speed. These values are the first step towards a successful journey.
Being a person who actively gets involved in many initiatives and have also been a part of an NGO, I have huge respect for the group’s CSR initiatives. However big you may become, unless you give back to the society your work has no purpose. The group has been taking up such amazing CSR initiatives and creating huge impact in the lives of the needy.

Being a creative person all my life, in my 12
th standard I decided to pursue architecture in my bachelors degree. I strived hard to understand and ace the entrance exam. I had one clear goal in my mind - to be a part of a college of national importance and that is kown for its legacy in architecture. After all my hard work, I got an opportunity to join School of Planning and Architecture Bhopal.
At the age of 17, I had to shift from my hometown Hyderabad in South India to an unknown city named Bhopal in Madhya Pradesh. Being a part of a joint family, I have always had people around in my life. Moving to a new place wherein I had to fend for myself was a totally new concept which made me both excited as well as nervous.
Away from my family and friends for the first time and in a hostel was a very challenging experience for me. I struggled hard the first few years. But, my zeal to learn helped me overcome my fears and apprehensions. I learned to be independent and take care of myself. The hostel experience and the amazing city of Bhopal have taught me life lessons that would not have been possible if I was staying at home.
I have learnt and grew up a lot in the five years of my bachelor’s degree. Most of my personality has been shaped by my experiences in these five years. Coming out of my comfort zone was a new thing at that point of time in my life, but it is something that has helped me achieve my goals.
