In this world full of opportunities, life takes us to different avenues & we have to leave our loved ones. This physical distance sometimes haunts us especially for students like me who miss their beloved families. This is where Idea Network comes to rescue; thanks to its best connectivity I can travel anywhere but still be connected to my loved ones and they don’t have to worry about me anymore. Truly no one is far now. Similarly, when it comes to clothing, ABG is always my first choice obviously because your appearance matters a lot. No matter what the occasion is, say a formal meeting or a casual gathering, beach party or even my friend’s wedding, I can always find beautiful attires according to the need of the occasion. Thanks to the global brands like Peter England, Louis Phillipe, Allen Solly and Van Heusen which gives me the comfort along with the trendy looks I need. Not to forget Pantaloons, the best when it comes to multi-brand fashion retail chain where you always get value for your money. A man always wants the safety of his family so when my father planned to build our own house, UltraTech Cement was his first choice. Obviously, no second thoughts on that. Further, when I first thought of investing in the share market, I was so confused owing to the fear of losing my money and different suggestions of different people. Finally, I crossed across Birla Sun Life Mutual fund which put rest to all my fears. So, in the end, I guess I cannot think of any other organization that has played such an active role in my life. Thanks a ton, Aditya Birla Group.
From the very beginning, I was a bright student. Actually, the brightest in my whole family. So obviously people around me had a lot of expectations and hope from me. Though their high hopes always used to motivate me to push my limits, somehow a point came in my life where I started feeling burdened with such high expectations. My father always wanted me to be a successful engineer. But my ambitions were quite different. I wanted to be an entrepreneur, to do something of my own. And communicating this to him was the hardest part. I still remember that night at the dinner table where I finally told him that I don’t want to study engineering and that commerce is what seems aligned to my future goals. That moment he didn’t say anything but I knew he was not happy. However, he allowed me to choose my own path for which I cannot be any less grateful. During my graduation in commerce, I realized the importance of management and the thing that no matter how good and unique your idea is if you cannot implement it in an efficient way you cannot expect success. This was the point when I decided to do an MBA and wrote CAT. In the very first attempt, I failed miserably. It was a big setback for me probably because I had never tasted failure before. I started doubting myself and my decisions. But out of the blue, my father visited me one day and he motivated me like a friend. His words had that persuasion the very same hope that used to push me and thus I wrote CAT again. Things turned out different this time and now here I’m part of IIM Raipur, one of the premium institutes of our county for management. From here I can see my goal more clearly than I ever had.
