"ABG- Many knows it as Aditya Birla Group, I call it as ‘All about Greatness'"
I personally had always believed that instead of lifting your hand and joining them together, let those very hand be free & use them for someone who actually needs them. This is what Aditya Birla Group did over the years of its growth & flourishment. They have been in a successful collaboration with many government schemes like ‘Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan,' ‘Swacch Bharat Abhiyan,' ‘Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana' etc. and had contributed more than 500 crores for the upliftment & safety of the very society they live in. Brands like UltraTech, Hindalco & Grasim had their own Rural development cell which continuously works upon all round development of the communities. Aditya Birla Group also opened a hospital named "Aditya Birla Memorial Hospital" providing state of the art, high quality & cost-effective health care services which proved beneficial to many as of today. It operated around 56 schools and kept on consistently working on the betterment of students & society. It also focuses on promoting Women Entrepreneur; one such example is ‘Madura's MicroManufacturing Unit (MMU)' where garments are manufactured in small units in nearby villages near their plant location. They have also worked in various fields including sanitation awareness – built over 10,000 toilets and actively involved in creating awareness among the citizen about the health issues, helping the citizen of backward classes to get their recognition in society, etc. Belonging from an Engineering background, they have always inspired me to "Think Different (Vodafone Idea limited)". "Beginning of good things (Peter England)" starts with "Evolving yourself (Van Heusen)." I started by Graduation in Mechanical as it was my "Engineering Choice (UltraTech Cement)" to live my life by "My World, My way (Allen Solly)."
Life is full of challenges, as soon as we step our foot in this world, we are expected to perform certain duties, specific roles, some necessary, some exaggerated & some deemed for. With the passage of time, we get to know the importance of all these duties, roles & expectations to move forward in life effectively and efficiently. On a professional level, I had faced many difficulties while executing some particular project, while I was a member of my SAE- BAJA team of my college it was difficult to manage time, the time required for academics, manage junior team members, workload and certain different activities. Scheduling of routine was a major challenge. On a personal note, major challenge was of fear of losing & to meet up with the expectations. The significant boost was gained by support and confidence shown by my parents & colleagues. They kept their hope and trust, which drive me to do my things at the earliest & in the best way possible. My team-mates were my strength. They were dedicated enough to reach out to our collective goal. Division of work was in such a way that it matches as per their specific skills, everyone has ample enough time to do their regular chorus apart from their respective job. To overcome my fear of losing, I dedicated my efforts towards perfecting the art of "practice". "Never let good enough BE enough" became my mantra of life. Later on, while preparing for CAT examination this helped me a lot, to remain focused & dedicated towards my end goal & as a result I'm here, honing my skills further to reach another height. I had always followed ethical values in my life, remained disciplined, loyal & dedicated towards my work & life to overcome any sort of problems, ‘kicking it out of the boundary' as they said.
