I am a Mechanical Engineer with a year of experience as an Associate Software Engineer at Accenture, Bengaluru. I have worked as an SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant over there. I was also part of the CSR initiative which involved philanthropic activities that was to further my interest in social work. My tenure at Accenture taught me the essence of team work and prompted me to pursue MBA. Hence I have joined the PGDM HR program at TAPMI. I have grown up in different cities of India due to which I got the opportunity to interact with people of different region, culture, language, etc. and because of which a sense of equality, oneness and belief in diversity was developed. I also had a very disciplined and humble upbringing as my father worked in the armed forces. I am a determined and hard working person who wants to explore the intricacies of Human Resources.
