After graduating from school, life has always been full of new experiences. From friendly and protective weather in school to highly competitive world outside, various challenges in one or the other form has always been the part of my journey. Challenges included managing the work in the NGO I am working in, along with that being the event coordinator in my college, making sure that all the events are taking place smoothly and everything is going good. I believe that life teaches us a lesson every day and we have to make sure we get the best out of it and utilize it next time. There is no shortcut to success. We have to be passionate about whatever we are doing. People will walk with us but they won’t walk for us. We are our creator as well as destroyer. It depends on us which path we choose and how much effort we put into it.
My strength is I have the ability to overcome difficult situations. When I was in my second year of engineering, I was a year because of some family problems, but I didn’t give up and made sure I do take a lesson from this and I will give my best. As life is not to cry because of the failure but to give a fight to the failure. This helped me to boost my confidence and also helped me clear the IIFT entrance, GDPI. And I do think getting year down was a turning point of my life and that is the reason I am standing now in one of the Top B schools in India.
I am also working in an NGO named ‘Nisargaraja Mitra Jivanche’ where we perform different tasks like tree plantation, which includes planting trees like bamboo, Sheesham which requires less amount of water for its growth and has a longer life. We also conduct general awareness programs regarding tobacco and alcohol consumption in different schools across Maharashtra and also had programs in companies like TechMahindra, Accenture.
