My profile is something like this

10th - 95.6% , 12th - 96.6%, B. Tech - 8.2 CGPA (NIT, Goa),

Work experience - 3 years by July (in Sales of a manufacturing sector)

My question is that even if I crack CAT 2020, by the time I join an IIM my work experience will be 4 years. So, is it a right choice to go for a 2 year MBA or write GMAT?

You have a spectacular profile and you can crack top BSchools with a good CAT score. Now whether you should go for a two year MBA in an Indian or write GMAT depend on what your career expectations are. There are people who get into Bschools for 2 years MBA with 4 years work experience but they face more hurdles than the rest in terms of placements, especially if you want to go for a sales and marketing profile in an FMCG company or the likes. But since your experience is in sales domain, this should not be a problem in your case. If you write GMAT, you will have to decide pn whether you want to settle abroad, how much money you are ready to shell, what is the ROI, how much is the scope coming back to India for a job etc. Once you measure all the pros and cons of both at each of these oints, you will be in a better position to decide. And it depends on many things other than your profile - your situation, your expectations and your aspirations for the future.
