How can a tier-2 MBA college student get an analyst job at Goldman Sachs ?
I am an engineering graduate from Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal with 6.47 GPA. I have a workex of 15 months, as Assistant Systems Engineer, with TCS.

You need to have a really good profile got GS. I would suggest you to contact people working in GS on LinkedIn and tell them of your desire of working with the company. You should keep a look out for all Job postings by GS. Meanwhile you can work on your profile by doing certifications like CFA
Build a great profile, do some certifications and prepare well for interview
For now, I would recommend you to work hard for CAT and aim for a tier-1 college. Because if you study in a tier-2 ollege, then also you will have chance to get into Goldman Sachs.
