How is the YLP Programme at ISB? How can I join it?
The ISB Young Leaders Program (YLP) is a foundation program for college graduates without any work experience. It is a good program for freshers because of the flexibility that it offers. It ultimately leads to the one-year flagship PGP of ISB. Since there is no work ex to be considered, students with a strong overall profile in their colleges can get selected and eventually reap the benefits of the one-year MBA from ISB.
How can one join it? – If you are in your final year of undergrad, then apply for this program. There are 3 stages of application: 1) Application 2) GMAT/GRE Score, Two Essays & One Evaluation 3) Interview
(Also, someone with less than 2 years of experience can join ISB through the Early Entry Option (EEO) and if you are selected, you have to join the 1 year PGP as soon as you complete your 2 years work experience.
For those having more than 3-4 years of experience, they can directly apply to the PGP at ISB
For these above mentioned programs, the process- GMAT -> Application & essays -> Interview )
I am planning to apply to ISB (PGP) this year and have researched a bit on the YLP program as well, since the YLP candidates are part of the PGP batch too.
