I would say it depends on your current cituation. If you have a job in hand which is paying good and you have higher salary expectations compared to how the placement process of IIM Rohtak looks like, then you should wait for a year. If you are someone with an average academic record or no job in hand and you feel that next year, the situation might remain same, then you should definitely join college this year. I am saying this because if you have a job then doing an MBA this year might not be a great idea. While there can be problems during summer placements, you will also start college in the online mode and the real experience of MBA might be lost. Take into consideration all these factors and then decide! Hope this helps!
I would say that the answer really 'depends.' If you have 2 years of work-ex or more than that then maybe you can consider as may not want to rewrite CAT again.
But if this was your 1st attempt at CAT and you are a fresher then it makes sense to join if you do not have a lucrative job offer at hand.
