I suppose we are talking about an Executive MBA. So yes, it is definitely worth it.
However, consider applying abroad with your GMAT score. I think with your age and work experience, that would be a more ideal option (assuming your profile is suitable).
ISB is also a great option.

Go for GMAT. It is easier to crack GMAT and get ISB than cracking CAT and getting into BLACKI.
