Sir I have completed my bca. I have 3 years of gap after 12th..can I do mba from top college

sir I have a gap of 3 years after 12th. I have completed my bca .. Sir can I get good mba college... Sir I have 66%in 10th and 62% in 12th.. No work experience... No any cocurricular activity... If I get admission in fms ...I am able to get top job.... If I will be in top 50 student in batch.. Then will any company shortlist for placement... Sir I need your guidance...
