The "Why should we not select you?" question!

The one question that used to be an unfortunate oddity erstwhile has nowadays caught the fancy of the interviewers and is getting increasingly asked across the B-School admission interviews. What can be some of the generic tips (independent of one's profile) to tackle this nightmarish question?

The why we should not select you question aims at identifying if you have been able to assess your weaknesses. I was asked this question in one of the interviews and I remembered a few areas I could improve on. None of us is perfect and this question tries to find out if you have been able to identify the weaknesses and what are you doing to improve them. So I answered by listing out my weak areas. One such thing I felt personally was I lacked discipline. I felt I could manage my time better and I told about a few conscious steps I was taking in that direction
