A career switch is the main reason and motivation.
I’d be lying if I said “not money”, but I suppose that comes with your competence post-MBA and has nothing to do with an MBA itself.
I feel that at some stage I will be able to become a good manager and actually enjoy the process of achieving a target by leading a team who are dependent on me.
That is quite motivating.

A short and simple answer to this question would be- Due to my penchant for management consulting from one of the top 3 mgmt consultants Cos. to add to it as a cherry on the top. I developed an interest in consulting in my previous job and now want to pursue my career in it. MBA seems the best way for me to land there.

-----------
it is honest and to the point.
