Will completing graduation late due to a medical condition hamper my IIM prospects?
Hello. I (General/non-Engineer/Female) completed my graduation (2016-20) from an Institute of National Importance at the age of 26, due to a medical condition called Focal Dystonia. I was admitted to school late because of it and could not appear in my Class 12 board examination in year intended. I, however, scored 91.5/ 92.4/ 86.1 % in Class 10/12/Graduation and was also the batch topper for three consecutive years, the thesis topper and the University gold medallist. But will the fact that I graduated late hamper my prospects of selection in a tier 1 B-school (IIMs/FMS) ?
