Year backlog in engineering. Please help.

I couldn't clear one subject in my 4 years of engineering. I have descent extra curricular activities and 88.4 in X, 71.4 in XII and 70% in grad. Am i eligible in all the well known b-schools? Also, if no, then which colleges am I not eligible in?

Till the time you clear your KTs before joining a B-school, you are eligible for all business schools. If it shows in your final mark sheet, you will be quizzed on it in an MBA interview (definitely). Extracurriculars also matter only during the WAT-GD-PI stage.
To put it bluntly, your academic profile is not great for IIMs, especially the old ones. Even a high CAT score may not be a guarantee for a call from IIMs ABCLIKS. However, there are other non-IIM options. As an engineer, NITIE is open to you. MDI Gurgaon has only 20% weight for your academic scores and other things like work-ex. FMS has only 10% overall weightage for your academic profile. MICA is also open to you. Through non-CAT exams, institutes such as XLRI, SIBM Pune and IIFT will also be open to you.
So yes, you will be eligible for admission to quite a few well-known management institutes.
