On the basis of the Mahindra Group's "War Room" practice, used as a major tool to engineer the transformation of the Group, a campus version called 'Mahindra War Room' was created to position the Mahindra Group, among B-school students, as a global federation of diverse businesses, united by the brand, purpose, values, and culture that Mahindra represents.
This strategy contest has become a cult brand in India's top B-school campuses, and students await the entire experience right from the launch till the Grand Finale. The intent of this mega-event is to provide an opportunity for India's best and brightest B-School minds to improve their strategy skills.
IIM Ranchi swept the competition’s North zone regional round this year. Team IIM Underdogs from IIM Ranchi, consisting of Nipun Bansal, R. Venkatesh, Archan Rawell and Priyank Deshmukh were declared the winners. Team Mavens consisting of Pulkit Bohra, Pulkit Mathur, Rahul Gupta and Tarun Gupta also from IIM Ranchi were declared the runners up. Subha Mukherjee and Pulkit Mathur from IIM Ranchi were adjudged the best speakers.
