They never differentiated between an intern and a permanent employee – I shared the same set of learnings as others did. My guide and mentor also made sure that I attend all business meetings with my team to make the most out of my stint.
Working as an intern in the ‘Learning and Development’ team of Tata Capital Limited, my greatest learning was,”Always talk about processes, never about people.” From formulating recommendations for TCL’s e-learning platform to designing a user engagement program for the same, my mentor guided me through each step of the journey – enabling me to have an eye for detail. The whole experience was enlightening and that of profound learning.
