2. Placed In the City of Dreams:
Being in the financial capital city of India – Mumbai – has its own set of advantages to offer to us, the students. With almost every company head office situated in Mumbai, we, students get ample opportunities to explore the corporate world through summer internships. This city of dreams also ensure one thing that no matter what you are trying to achieve in the B school you are sure as hell not going to be bored.
3. Academic Library Building:
Undoubtedly, it is the most beautiful building in the campus. No other words can describe it. This picturesque building gives me Goosebumps every time I see the below view.
4. 96 steps of success:
Every College has a trekking club, that’s plain vanilla. But everyday life in NITIE involves a mini-trek up the academic hill. The 96 steps enriched with creepers all around ensure that the procrastinator in us still gets his daily dose of exercise. So the next time when you find a NITIE team winning a sport fest or a marathon, you know the secret behind it. Stairway to wisdom.. Ahem also to fitness!!
5. Taylor hall building:
Which building is the tallest B-School hostel in India? Answer is of course NITIE’s Taylor Hall Building. The 16 floor skyscraper hostel in NITIE squashes the above claim. Quaintly embracing the skyscraper culture of Mumbai, this behemoth of a building is the tallest B-School hostel in India. I said it is an urban experience in nature’s cradle, didn’t I?
These were only few most important things among the plethora of many, which makes my College campus not only unique but Gods’ Own Campus in all means.
Which Aditya Birla Company I would like to work for?
I want to work at MORE’s supply chain unit. MORE (store) is the retail arm of Aditya Birla Group Company. Aditya Birla Retail Limited (ABRL) has 590 supermarkets and 23 hypermarkets in India and plans to open 100 supermarkets and 6-8 hypermarkets. This will steer my carrier in my desired way of working in a Supply Chain Management stream and will provide me a huge learning experience. It would present me an opportunity to understand and make use of the Supply Chain Management concepts.
