Speaking of fauna, here at SIBM, it is not something extraordinary if you are accompanied by a baby snake to class on the way. Not only snakes, there are thousands of other species of insects and reptiles enough to pursue a career in Zoology. To top it all, the weather here is mesmerising. Not only there is a cool breeze the entire day, it gets cold in the night, even at the peak summer of May-June.
While in other places students are cribbing about the effects of global warming, we SIBM family fathom the richness that mother nature provides. The students here have already checked their to-do-list of visiting a hill station. Boasting about the facilities that our campus provide- Every B-school does have a swimming pool. But SIBM has a pool surrounded by mountains and overcast by starring sky at night. It’s the best therapy one could get after a rigorous day at a B-school. There is a basketball court, badminton court, football ground and yes the most important PMC (Prem Milan Chowk) - not going into detail with that.
The culture here at SIBM is what makes one address SIBM as a home away from home. Be it working on a project together, or chilling at the MNC( mid-night canteen) we are lucky enough to find life-long friends here. So, this is my experience of just one month at Sibm,pune put into words. It is like describing colours to someone blind from birth. The words might be understood but the feeling would remain mysterious and private. This is what makes my campus unique.

I would want to work for Aditya Birla Fashion and retail ltd. Having interned at Pantaloons earlier, I really liked the work culture that Aditya Birla has. Employee’s feel integrated within the organisation. Moreover, I myself like to be updated with the latest fashion trends that makes me more connected with the brand. I would like to integrate my marketing skills with my interest in fashion to add value to the organisation. I specifically want to learn about the segmentation, targeting techniques that pantaloons follows being a house of brands and how does it keep up with the competition that prevails
