XAHR – Where Dreams Meet Goals!

India – The land of diversity and knowledge is home to about 3,500 public and private B-Schools that produce ~3 lacs graduates every year in different fields of BM, Marketing, Finance, HR and what not.

Every college has its own legacy and a unique history to itself that reflects in their respective alumni circle. The principles, the beliefs, the vision and the zeal to be the best amongst all is what makes a B-School unique. My school, Xavier School of Human Resources Management (XAHR) comes under the umbrella of Xavier University Bhubaneswar (XUB) campus which is one of its kind. Along with XAHR, XUB houses the schools of Rural Management (XSRM), Sustainability Management (XSOS), Communications (XCOMM), Commerce (XSC) and a few others. Spanning over 35 acres of land in the foothills of the mighty eastern ghats, the campus, away from the hassles of the 2nd most planned city of India, Bhubaneswar, is surrounded with a mix of lush forest cover and embraced by the Barunei hills that imparts a serene sense, bound to uplift the souls and gladden the hearts.

With nature’s beauty on one side, the campus is home to more than 1,500 students and 50 faculties from across the length and breadth of the country which brings with them their own flavors making it a home away from home and that too a beautiful one. The campus dons alluring infrastructures along with world-class facilities for sports, knowledge (the library and classrooms) and residential. Another jewel in its crown is the strong alumni base of more than 5,500 professionals that hold strategic positions across the globe that constantly work towards the betterment of the society and have their roots connected to the schools.

An amalgamation of all these, the natural beauty, the culture, and diversity, the alumni base and the vision of the campus – “For the greater glory of God” is what makes it unique and stand apart from the other B-schools.

To be a part of this esteemed campus is an honor and a privilege to stay and learn here for the golden 2 years of my life.

Which ABG company you want to work for and why?

Ultratech cement, established in 1983, has been the base for many civil engineering marvels that have redefined strength, beauty, and elegance.

I would like to be an integral part of such a prestigious organization that has a passion to deliver the best to the society. Hailing from a civil engineering background, making this world a better place to live in is what fascinates me. Being a part of such a visionary organization, that has constructed marvels like the Burj Khalifa and the Bandra Worli Sea-Link, will be a privilege wherein I can contribute towards the goal of Aditya Birla’s Ultratech wing.
