It nurtures a culture where successdoes not come in the way of the need to keep learning afresh and keepexperimenting. It is a US $43 billioncorporation which is in the league of Fortune 500 companies. Among the mosttrusted business houses in India , it is well known for its corporategovernance and financial management.
Every person faces some or the other kind of problemsin their lives. Your life depends on the way you overcome them and then movingon. One of the major problem that I faced in my life was that I was anintrovert and a reserved kind of a person due to which I had a fear of publicspeaking. This was a major hurdle in my life for achieving anything that Iwanted in my life. I was not used to interacting with a lot of people till mygraduation.
When I started my post graduation, I thought aboutovercoming my problem. Initially I had to face a lot of problem as I was notable to settle in my college. But I decided to take up the responsibility of myclass as an Academic Secretary. I showed full courage and dedication as I hadthe enthusiasm to overcome this major hurdle of mine. I finally startedinteracting with people. From being an introvert to an extrovert, this journeyhad been an altogether different kind of experience.
Apart from this, I had to face a number of challengesduring my school days. My father facedcertain health issues. Being the sole earner in the family, he had to go to jobeven in bad health. This continued for 1.5 years. But my whole family stoodtogether to fight this problem. We didn’t lose hope and we were together inthis time of difficulty.
In this way, I have always tried to stay positive andovercome whatever challenges and hurdles came in my life.
