Arjun Kansal, is an engineering and law graduate from University of Petroleum and Energy studies, Dehradun. His area of specialization, as an engineer is Mechanical Engineering, and as a law graduate is Intellectual Property Rights. After his graduation he has worked as an Intellectual Property (IP) consultant for 16 months, first at BananaIP Counsels LLP, Bangalore and then at Bindal Creation Pvt. Ltd., Meerut. He has worked on numerous projects relating to trademark, copyright and patent laws, IP licensing, domain name infringement, agreement drafting and negotiation, IP policy drafting, IP rights enforcement and intermediary liability. Apart from IP laws, he has also worked in the field contract law, cyber law and data protection rules.
