Aditya Birla Group is a multinational company which was founded by Seth Shiv Narayan Birla in 1857, headquartered in Mumbai, India. Kumar Mangalam Birla is the Chairman of the group and Dr. Santrupt Mishra CEO of the group who have invested their lives in the welfare of this prestigious group. The Company is involved in multiple business entities operating in entirely different industries under one corporate group like Banking, Fashion, Metals, Cement, Textiles, etc which provides a great opportunity in recruiting the needy and capable. The group is involved in Corporate Social Responsibility Community Initiatives and Rural Development, with Mrs. Rajashree Birla as the Chairperson. The center focuses on rural development, education, healthcare, and sanitation. The basic necessity of livelihood to lift the poor out of poverty, the group provides the education to children to make a better future. The free health check-up Camps, hospitals are provided in rural areas.

Social Awareness towards the needy has affected me in such a way that it makes me think why I am not helping others? Such great initiatives by Birla group has pushed me to bring the little changes in my life by helping the one who is in need, little efforts like feeding the hungry stomachs, fulfill the thirsty, watching the smile on the face after getting their basic necessity like food , water for livelihood gives a kick, such a great feeling . This is how Aditya Birla Group is big in my life as that peace I got by fulfilling the basic needs of some stranger, by giving the person a good sleep at that night.

How I overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far?

‘ Excellence – Can Achieved by 10,000 hours of Practice’ – A famous quote by an anonymous person which states that one must practice like 10,000 times which is a gesture showing that one should practice so many times to get excel in their task, being in a second, third position does not matters, only that matters is securing the first position. The Challenges we fight in our life states that one should not get scared by the difficulties they face, one should overcome all the challenges with full determination and integrity.

I overcome the challenges by a calm mind, getting in a pressurize situation pushes us to make rational decisions, so I try to be as calm as possible because taking decisions by a rational mind just gets more complicated. For example, I published a research paper in my graduation, through the entire process from the beginning to the submission day I faced many challenges like choosing the topic from my domain, getting stuck in the Simulation process, my final hardbound report was misplaced by the faculties. The situation forced me to make some decisions to lose my integrity by taking shortcuts, but I maintained my integrity throughout the process and as the outcome, my research paper got published in International Conference hosted by my College. Such situations made me realize that I should not make my boundaries, as these boundaries just stop me to think beyond my limit and made me a person to go LIMITLESS.
