Once there was a child, who used to play within the confinement of his small house, with sleepless nights where water used to fall from the roof. Hindalco plant in Renukoot operates across the aluminium value. The 1056-acre campus of Hindalco plant not only includes plants and offices but also boasts of beautifully landscaped gardens, a residential colony cum mini township, a full-fledged hospital for employees and the community around along with schools, supermarkets and Birla temple which is the main attraction. My uncle has been working for Hindalco for last 15 years in this town. The association among st the workers and officers of Hindalco is like a family. Hindalco, Renukoot is one of the most beautiful residential campuses. Apart from that Hindalco plant also provides residential colonies for officer and workers. The industry takes care of 385+ neighboring villages in UP, providing for healthcare benefits and providing sustainable livelihoods.
