It is almost impossible for an individual to go without using the Aditya Birla Group product in day today life. Be it apparels of brands like Pantaloons, Allen Solly, Peter England or cement used in our houses or cellular services, Aditya Birla Group is present everywhere. UltraTech Cement Limited is the largest manufacturer of cement in India and ranks among the world’s leading cement makers. UltraTech provides a range of products that cater to the needs of various aspects of construction, ranging from foundation to finish, under five business verticals: grey cement, concrete, white cement, building products and UltraTech building solutions. ABFRL, which is the retail business of Aditya Birla Group, brings together the learnings and businesses of two renowned Indian fashion icons, Madura Fashion & Lifestyle and Pantaloons creating a synergistic core that will act as the nucleus of the future fashion businesses of the Aditya Birla Group. While being in Hyderabad for internship in a startup, I met a lady at the workplace. She was married and 2 years younger to me. One day amidst the discussion, she suddenly asked my age and was amazed by the fact that despite being younger she has left studies completely whereas I’m pursuing masters. She elaborated on her circumstances that led to marriage. Being an independent lady, I could still see the spark in her eyes regarding a brighter and better job. Eventually, each day she started taking interest in life led by us as an MBA graduate. The stories shared with her were helping in gaining her long forgotten dream of a successful and a better career. Finally, she discussed this with her husband and after some days told me that she’ll be continuing with her studies. Undoubtedly, the credit goes to strong will and supporting husband but the way she always mentioned of me playing a crucial role in waking up that will brings an inexplicable satisfaction in me.
