Currently, I am a PGDHRM student at Indian Institute of Management Ranchi. In two years time, I aim to see myself employed as an HR professional in some top-notch firm. I am a young, dynamic and independent individual who believes in "dissolving the box" and possesses an insatiable appetite for knowledge. I have honed my interpersonal skills over the years and I feel that I have all the makings of a competent HR professional in the times to come. Reading and writing about Human Resource Management and studying how the role of HR managers in an organization has evolved over the years is something that excites me to the core. Strategic HRM is one of my interest areas. In my free time, I like to keep abreast of the latest trends and contemporary fads in HRM. I also write blogs related to online shopping for dealkhojo.com and pursue freelance content writing. Presently, as a student I am working towards striking a balance in reaping the best of both worlds, i.e. Academics and Extra-Curricular Activities at IIM Ranchi.
