Part A: The Aditya Birla Group is a widespread and constantly growing brand in the market. It is hard to find a sector where this multinational conglomerate headquartered in Worli, Mumbai. It is prominently well-performing brand, with uncountable consumers in the world. It was 1857, in which Seth Shiv Narayan Birla ventured into cotton trading and gave rise to one of the biggest multinational company which has escalated to a strong and active 14 industry sectors (telecom, fashion, financial services, cement, banking, textiles, chemicals, etc.). ABG Spread across 42 nationalities, as a part of different consumers and full filling their daily needs on a day basis. There are lot of ventures which are widespread, and everyone can find some reputed ABG stores which provides needful products and services. One of the trustworthy homes were Built Beautifully with UltraTech Cement which are strong and brings consumers with a lot of happiness by connecting us to our loved ones residing far away with Telecom (Airtel, Idea etc.,) at affordable expenses. There are wide variety of fashion brands running under the ABG appeal across all age groups on all occasions. Fashion apparels have created significant impact on consumers with the major brands like Louis Philippe and Pantaloons. I remember before getting into B-school, went to buy business formals and some smart casuals from Pantaloons which were crazy, exciting and there were a good number of collections too. ABG fashion plays a major role in each and everyone’s life by lifting spirits and developing self-confidence in oneself. Brands like Van Heusen (business formals) and Allen Solly (smart casuals), I dressed up with confidence and good attire for the most important interviews till now. Part B: Life has never been a cakewalk. I learned that in life “Whatever we achieve in life will not come easy, because success is a path with struggles, hard work and some inspiration to do that”. A couple of incidents have given me the strength to keep fighting until the goal is achieved. The final days of My under graduation brought about a setback couldn’t find a job to gain some experience. Which made me end up with a good percentage but then I decided not to give up. So, started as an offline tutor for a period of 3 months then converted into an online tutor for next 3 months, for the money which is required for my coaching. I maintained self-confidence and prepared for the CAT exam simultaneously for 5 months. It was low paying job role but then to focused for the long run and continued with my preparation and tutoring. Although this affected my CAT percentile a little, yet I managed to get calls from some of the premier B-Schools. Later, after giving the exam I thought it is better to travel some places in the north side so, that I can get to know different types of people and talk to them and understand their feelings. After that I learned a lot of things (emotionally control, human nature, how people are staying those remote areas etc.,). I celebrated my achievements and happiness by shopping with Aditya Birla Group. I received gifts from the ABG apparels which is most trustworthy brand from my family members. ABG is the one, which comes with integrity, perseverance and passion, by playing a major role in everyone’s life.
