Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?

Aditya Birla Group is one of the largest conglomerate in India , spreading across 14 industrial sectors and touching the lives of many Indians , but I would say ABG has touched my life in a very strange way. Back in my school days we needed internet for various purposes, be it for project or entertainment. Internet connectivity was not good at that time. During my intermediate I urgently needed good internet service provider for my final project and for board and college results. That time I first came across the Idea Net Setter. Idea Net Setter came as a ray of hope. In the direst of the dire situation Idea Net Setter helped me filling my college admission forms timely. Though my problem may seem quite small in other’s perspective but when your career is at stake and totally depends on filling the form timely, sending it, checking the wait-list upgradation and seeing the results, you cannot afford any delay or glitches. Idea net Setter acted as savior for me. Till this date I am a fan of Idea which has provided us with SuperNet 4G and helped me to connect with friends and family seamlessly across the borders.

Another recent experience I would like to share where ABG group has really wooed me. After getting calls for IIM interviews, I was in urgent need of formals. It was going to be my first experience wearing business formals. Due to the limited availability of business formals for women ABG yet again came as rescuer. I bought my first ever business formals from Allen Solly’s exclusive range. I totally cherish my suit as it fills me up with confidence and has helped in cracking interviews.

There are still some tidbits in my life where ABG has played a great role. I still filled with nostalgia of my school days when my mother used to pack my lunch in Hindalco Freshwrapp Aluminium Foil to keep food fresh, healthy and yummy. From my childhood to this day I still buys my clothes from Pantaloons because of the faith which this brand has instilled in me.

How I overcame challenges to achieve ambitions in my life so far

Challenges and failures are the inevitable part of life. For me, the most significant failure in my life was not getting selected in I.I.T. Though it may sound a common scenario in the Indian context but it was an eye opener case for me. It really made me realize that how these cut-throat competitions are really cutting your throat. It really made me realize the first time that how it feels like to not to live up your parents’ expectations.

During my preparation of engineering entrance exams, I took many coaching, relentlessly preparing for entrance besides preparing for boards. I had given my all and hoped for best but in the end, I barely touched their last ranking. At that time, I was just contemplating and regretting that all my efforts were just wasted and what my parents invested on me was also vanished in thin air. But my parents motivated me and told me not to let yourself down as there are many hurdles and obstacles waiting for me to overcome, then only I can reach my goal that I aspire for. Now when I look back, I can see that it was just a phase in student life. Learning is a continuous process. If not under-graduation, we still have many chances to crack prestigious examinations be it CAT or UPSC to showcase our strength and spirit which we have missed. But the only condition is never to lose hope and zeal which keep us ignited all the time in the unflagging pursuit of our aim.
