Meet Gaurav Manohar Marathe - Assistant Professor, IIM Ranchi & InsideIIM Professor of The Year In 2020

Gaurav Marathe is Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi. He teaches the subjects of Organisational Behaviour and HR. A Fellow of Management from XLRI Jamshedpur who majored in HR, his areas of teaching include Leadership and Managerial Effectiveness, Personal Growth, Organizational Behavior and Team and Group Behavior.

Prof. Marathe worked as an application programmer with IBM India before pursuing an MBA. His areas of research and consultation include Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness, Managerial Effectiveness as well as Integrated process model for leadership theory development. His publications include papers on industrial relations and management and labour studies.
