Selection Criteria
DOMS also consider candidates with a valid CAT score conducted by IIM.
For the final merit list of candidates, it considers the aggregate performance in CAT percentile, Group Discussion, Interview and Work Experience.
The weightage of the above are as follows:
CAT percentile: - 65%
Group Discussion: - 10%
Interview: - 20%
Work Experience: - 5%
General/OBC candidates must have at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.0 at qualifying degree level, for SC/ST/PD category students it is 55% or CGPA of 5.50.
The above-mentioned criteria are same for regular candidates, full-time sponsored and foreign candidates. Some additional information mentioned here.
