DoMS IIT Roorkee
The MBA programme was launched by the Institute to reflect the needs of present-day dynamic business and economic scenario and to enable its students to face the challenges of the corporate world. The purpose behind this is to give the student a sustainable competitive advantage. It takes the onus to prepare a breed of managers who have the courage, skills, and resilience to excel in the corporate world.
DOMS also consider candidates with a valid CAT score conducted by IIM.
For the final merit list of candidates, it considers the aggregate performance in CAT percentile, Group Discussion, Interview and Work Experience.
The weightage of the above are as follows:
CAT percentile: - 65%
Group Discussion: - 10%
Interview: - 20%
Work Experience: - 5%
General/OBC candidates must have at least 60% marks or CGPA of 6.0 at qualifying degree level, for SC/ST/PD category students it is 55% or CGPA of 5.50.
