Enough has been written and said about the JOKA-JAMPOT love-hate relationship and no one’s quite clear as to how the rivalry began. Everyone has their opinions but there’s no doubt that both the institutes produce achievers every year. It’s a common perception that XLRI is better for HR while IIM Calcutta is better for Finance. Both the institutes are quite different from each other and students must choose as per their aspirations.
