As a Jr. Executive member of the Academic Committee at XLRI, Subhadarshini enhanced her leadership skills by liaising between students and faculty, ensuring smooth academic processes for a batch of 120. Her responsibilities included decision-making, polls, negotiations with professors, and addressing grievances. She values compassion and responsibility as crucial leadership qualities, aiming to bring these to a professional setting.
Subhadarshini plans to leverage her MBA skills in time management, collaboration, research, analytical abilities, comprehension, problem-solving, questioning, and task prioritization. She sees prioritizing tasks and efficient time allocation as specific values she can bring to a company.
Her preferred industry is management consultancy due to its diverse nature, providing opportunities to work on varied problems across industries and functions. Subhadarshini's critical thinking, problem-solving skills, strong communication, and presentation abilities make her a good fit for this industry. She aspires to work with renowned companies like Accenture Strategy, McKinsey, Bain & Company, and BCG.
