Unilever Change Makers 2020 is a 9-week program where we help you prepare for your b-school interviews by providing you with the unique opportunity to get inputs by HUL managers who are B-school alumni and have been there and done what you are setting out to do. This will be backed by a comprehensive toolkit for PI and WAT preparation.

Having done your prelim reflection and preparation, as a member of Unilever Change Makers programme will get a platform to express yourself, talk to us about your passion, what drives you, what is the impact you seek to make as you build your career. That’s indeed the power of U, and we at Unilever would like to know you better – much beyond your academics and scores. More details about ‘Power of U’ will be shared in due course but do keep in mind that the ones who are selected will get an opportunity to be personally mentored by an experienced HUL professional. From handling the pressure of a B-school interview and articulating the much needed ‘why’ of doing things, your HUL mentor will provide you with guidance that would potentially help you stay ahead of the curve! And that's not all - if you're shortlisted further, you may even find yourself on HUL's radar for future career prospects!
Eligibility criterion is a minimum of 95th percentile score in CAT 2019, SNAP 2019, NMAT 2019 or XAT 2020. If you meet this criterion, please fill out the registration form below.
