In the beginning of my career with Genpact, while I was in my training period, there was a software transition in the workflow. Once we were through with the client training regarding interface, I was expected to perform equally well along with my peers as there was a backlog and latency issue due to the transition. In order to match tight deadlines, we were expected to perform well in a hectic schedule. Getting trained in every domain in such a short time period and perform diverse roles with accuracy was a challenge. Taking the initiative of streamlining the process for smooth functioning helped me not only learn the process better but also taught me that we must constantly look for effective solutions. As a result of this challenge, I was entrusted as a reliable, diligent and hard-working employee by the management and the client and was awarded 3 times for exceptional performance in the organization. I learned to be flexible, dynamic, to turn challenges into opportunities in order to learn and come out better and stronger.
