How BIG really is this family? 

Aditya Birla Group is inevitably a part of lives of millions of people not only in India, but across the globe. Aditya Birla Group has given us millions of metric tonnes of cement that forms the foundation of our modern structures, Carbon nanoparticles that make up our tyres, insulators that help in bringing electricity to our switchboards, Copper that fulfils requirement of railways, aluminium that sits in our palms in our cellphones, fashion that gives us confidence, telecomm that makes the world smaller.

Aditya Birla Group inspires me to take pride in my values, to stay true to my values even when faced with the most lucrative short term gains.

Treating people right, being empathetic towards the people around me, taking a pause and thinking if I am doing the right thing, are a few of the many small steps I have learnt from Aditya Birla Group.

There are times when I see people running blindly to grab opportunities in a rat-race, often indifferent to the people around them, more indifferent to the generations to come. Aditya Birla Group reinforces my belief in following in a value system and pursuing a sustainable growth. It inspires me to stay on the steady path.
