Part B
Life is a roller coaster ride and it is very important to stay calm in all the chaos. My biggest challenge has been my anger. I believe a little aggression is required but what anger does is it makes you stop thinking straight, it makes you take decisions you regret later. I think accepting the problem solves 50% of the problem. In order to make myself calmer, I decided to first understand why does it happen. Are the people around me making me feel a certain way. It is important to cut off negative people from your life. It is more unhealthy than the junk food you consume. Surround yourself with positive people and people who actually mean well for you and automatically you will start feeling good. Next, it was important for me to change my lifestyle, I did not completely stop eating junk food but just became more conscious of what I am eating. I started working out and that is truly an amazing habit to form. When you eat clean and work out, you automatically become calmer and more positive. Your productivity increases too. You can handle any situation in your personal and professional life if you are able to stay calm and focused. It is very important to accept there is a problem in order to make your own situation better, living in denial will only harm you in a worse way some day. Once you’ve accepted it take control and appropriate actions to make iy better. It’s a slow process but a rewarding one.
