By taking the road less travelled has taught me to take risks without succumbing myself to my mental inhibitions. I have made a habit of facing my demons in whichever way possible. It is this life changing decision that has taught me to not shy away from realities of life and keep working towards my goals.
ABG has left an everlasting impression in my life!
Aditya Birla Group is one of the oldest groups in India, with an array of brands ranging from chemicals, finance, fashion and many more. The extent and impact of ABG is impeccable as far as India is concerned. I remember shopping for my first day in college from Pantaloons. The amount of pressure to look good, especially for a first year undergrad college student is immense and to address the fashion emergency, I took my mother with me to a nearby mall.
I skimmed through a number of stores but finally chanced upon Pantaloons. The fashion range from western to Indian clothes was awe-inspiring. The store not only offered stylish and quirky collection but it offered it at a very reasonable price, a great bargain for the customers.
Similar incident occurred when I was buying Formal Clothes for business college interviews. Growing up, I had dreams and aspirations of wearing shirts and suits to office like my father does. I used to gift him Van Huesen shirts on his birthday every year, as it is his favorite brand. So when my time came to buy formal clothes, I bought my first ever "business suit!" from Van Huesen. It gave me the confidence to believe in myself and face professional challenges head on.
I am grateful to Aditya Birla Group for having an everlasting impression in my life and helping shape me into the person I am today.
