The Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) has unveiled its selection criteria for the MA HRM & LR program for the 2025-27 batch. For the first time, TISS is conducting admission through CAT. Here’s everything you need to know about preparing for the selection process

IIM-Ahmedabad 2025-27 Selection Criteria 

This year, IIM Ahmedabad has assigned 65% weight to CAT 2024 scores while shortlisting candidates for the AWT-PI round. At different stages, shortlisting is done through the Application Rating Score which is obtained via the 10th, 12th, graduation score, and work experience as of 31st July 2024.

IIM Bangalore has released its admission/selection criteria for the upcoming Batch of PGP MBA 2025-2027. With no major changes from last year’s admission criteria, the CAT 2024 score will account for a 55% weightage in the Pre-PI score. Apart from that, scores of 10th and 12th board, graduation marks, work experience, and professional courses will also hold value for interview shortlisting.

FMS Delhi MBA Admissions 2025:  Eligibility, Selection, and Shortlisting Criteria

FMS adopts a multi-factor approach for shortlisting applicants, which includes both CAT scores and diversity considerations. Here's how the process works: 1. CAT 2024 Scores: FMS assigns different weightages to the three sections of the CAT exam to calculate a weighted score: VARC : 40% DILR : 30% QA : 30%

This year, the institute has set the minimum CAT 2024 overall cut-off at the 85th percentile, with sectional cut-offs starting at the 75th percentile. The selection criteria released by IIM-Lucknow for admissions to the 2025-2027 batch are similar to the previous year's selection criteria. The minimum sectional cut-off for the General category is 85 with the overall percentile reaching the 90th  percentile. IIM-Lucknow will weigh CAT Score, 12th and Graduation marks, Experience, and Diversity factors for Personal Interview shortlisting.
