TISS HRM & LR Selection Criteria: Academic Category Classification

Graduation degrees are classified into six categories (AC-1 to AC-6) for evaluating academic performance. Each category has a corresponding rating scale for graduation marks. For instance:

• AC-1 (Medical Degrees)
• AC-2 (Selected Professional Degrees like CA, ICWA, FIAI, CS)
• AC-3 (Commerce, Economics, Finance & Management)
• AC-4 (Engineering, Technology, Architecture related areas)
