Part A:
It is unlikely one has not come across at least one product of the Aditya Birla Group in a day, either knowingly or unknowingly. Its presence is in almost every sector naming a few like Telecom, Cement, Capital Management, Manufacturing, and various others. The reason behind its grand success is the quality of products and services offered by the brand. The credit for its popularity on top lies in the fact that it has been able to reach almost 750+ cities and town, with over 4900+ multi-brand outlets and 4000+ stores. Not only offering stellar products & services in the domestic market, but it has also managed to establish a market globally. Its business is spread across 35 nations, with operations in almost 14 sectors.
There are many ways in which the group has established its vital presence in my life. Starting from the first visit to my all-time favorite shopping junction Pantaloons to the ultimate savior when coming to the category of Business Formals, it has marked its multiple appearances during various instances of my life. My parents are also one of the loyal customers of the brand, the complete credit of which goes to the trust it had represented over the years.
Part B:
Talking about my ways to tackle the goals and missions in my life, I will start with the most noteworthy thing that one should retain about, is having a calm and composed mindset. Whenever I get into those hard phases in life due to my overthinking and anxieties, I try to remain composed by assuming them as challenges. I consider myself as a fighter with a never-ending learning and growing attitude.
It’s crucial to have a strategic action plan towards any of the problem and for that one should perceive the pros and cons of all the alternatives and try to accord it up with one’s strengths and weaknesses to obtain the optimum output. It is significant for individuals to comprehend the nature of the obstacle and strike it accordingly. Generically these can differ along the lines of personal, social and environmental factors influencing the decision. One should nothing but keep on working relentlessly on goals until she/he ultimately achieves the desired targets. And it can happen that the plans don’t work out but one should analyze the reason behind it and consider it as feedback, and remain moving.
