Overcome challenges to achieve my ambitions in life.
Life is something that is much more complex than anyone can imagine. Everyone faces various obstacles and challenges in each phase of their lives. I strongly believe facing challenges make us stronger and without them, life becomes somewhat meaningless.
I faced challenges in many forms during each stage of my life, from schooling to post-graduation.
April 2010, four days before the 10th board exams, I’m affected with chickenpox. It can cause serious complications and even death and it is also contagious. It’s a big question to attempt the exams or not. Finally, I decided to take the test instead of losing a valuable one year.
I spoke to my school administration and discussed my situation; they suggested me not to take the risk as I have no energy to stretch myself for three long hours. Because of my never give up attitude, management has helped me in arranging a separate room and scribe for writing my answers. Eventually, I scored 9.6 CGPA, second highest in the district in CBSE. This is when I realized how important for one not to lose confidence when the situation is out of woods.
I don’t believe in circumstances. The people who get on in this world are the people who get up and look for the circumstances they want, and if they can’t find them, make them. I believe in greater the obstacles, the more glory in overcoming it.
