It has imprinted its presence on a wide range of sectors- metals, cement, mining, apparel, textile, carbon black, chemicals, fertilizers, insulators, wind power, financial services, viscose filament yarn, telecom, BPO and IT services.
I clearly remember how youngsters including me were influenced by famous advertisements of idea which came in 2013 having line “you are my pumpkin pumpkin Hello Hunny Bunny” that my friends started having their nick names as “Hunny” and “Bunny”, another advertisement with line “What an Idea Sirji” was also in a very common use among youngsters.
What tempts me to buy Aditya Birla’s products is the number of options within the Group itself. Its hard to find an Indian who hasn’t used an Aditya Birla product, even for a single day. From basic necessity as house and road to the luxury as car parts or branded clothes, Aditya Birla supports in diversified ways. The conglomerate is so huge that i might be using the products without even knowing about it, the roads i have travelled, the bridges i have crossed, the hotels i have stayed in, the amenities i have used, all have a contribution from Aditya Birla group. The Group has contributed a lot in the development of our society as a whole. In the end I would just like to say that the Group has already made my life BIG and with the same kind of zeal I’m sure it would make my life BIGGER.

How i overcame challenges to achieve my ambitions in life so far ?
Everyone has his own ups and downs in the journey of their life. We never know what bent might be ahead of us but through experience, failures and success, I have learnt to manage all the bents in my journey of life. It is mainly my determination, focus, perseverance and logical abilities that helped me to get through it.
One of the biggest challenges I have faced in my life was stammering. I had a bit of stammering problem when I was young. But I don’t have it now from 4-5 years. I started by talking very slowly. I had attended a course of Art of Living in the first year of my under-grad college, where I had good interaction with the program mentors from the Art of Living family. They highly motivated me for trying to overcome my problem of stammering. Since then I started practicing to speak in front of the mirror. Gradually, I socialized more to overcome the fear of stammering.
I used to face problems while classroom reading sessions in school and never thought that I would someday be able to overcome this problem of mine. My family, friends and mentors had always motivated me but it was during the pre-final year of the college when I badly felt the need to overcome the problem of stammering since I started preparing for interviews for my upcoming placements in final year. With all my passion and motivation, I was able to completely overcome my problem in final year and was placed in one of the core companies of my sector. Worked in the same company for around 3.5 years and then started preparing for CAT’18, and then made it here to IIM Raipur.
