From the start, one thing that has been emphasised the most is team spirit. All activities and projects have been team building exercises for us. With CSW training projects, E.L.I.T.E. rotation assignments going on at the same time, we learnt to stick together and cherish the journey together. These projects provided us with an understanding of the consulting world and helped us in learning the importance of team members.
In the various sessions held during the course of 5 weeks, every Senior leader advised us to be honest towards ourselves, and towards colleagues and to be modest no matter how up the ladder one climbs. La Niaque – Fire in the Belly – is the concept that is the most important in Capgemini. It motivates a person to learn and grow with a never-ending inspiration.
Last but not the least, fun is in Capgemini’s DNA. Be it bowling, a scavenger hunt in Hyderabad, team outings and dinners, every event has been a fun-filled one. Les Fontaines was a once in a lifetime experience that was cherished by all 19 E.L.I.T.E. trainees and will always be remembered.
The training program has provided us relevant tools and experiences to be successful on the fast track journey that lies ahead of us. With all the trainees starting their first rotation, everyone is excited to begin their corporate journey.
