Part A: Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life?
More than once in our life we may have used the products and services of the Aditya Birla Group. We may not know but surely, we may have used them. Aditya Birla Group is an Indian multinational conglomerate which operates in 34 countries with the employees from 42 different nationalities.
So, why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life? I’m the kind of person who always wants to invest in quality. Peter England is always my first choice for formal wear. I’m also a loyal customer of Allen Solly for the last seven years which provides the most comfortable casual wear. The blazer I own is Van Heusen. To the person who is unaware of the massive footprint of Aditya Birla Group that imprinted globally, these brands may look as foreign brands. But little did they know that all these brands including other clothing brands such as Louis Philippe, People, Pantaloons, Forever21 and many more are owned by Aditya Birla Group.
Not only in the field of textile and clothing, but the Aditya Birla Group had also made my communication easier. My first cellular network is Idea and still using it. I still remember buying service packs for Idea which are cheaper than many other networks.
Aditya Birla Group has many other products and services like UltraTech cement which is used for building our house and millions of other houses in India. It is reforming the food industry with Aditya Birla Chemicals and providing the safer aluminum foil for preserving food through Freshwrapp and many more.
Why Aditya Birla Group is big in my life? Because it made my life and many millions of lives easier and paving the way for a quality life.
Part B: How I overcame challenges in my life
I always had the aptitude to learn more. This learning aptitude made me aim for IITs and other premier institutes. But my challenges have started in my twelfth standard where I was unable to cope up with the subjects. Then I realized to achieve success we must put our efforts and overcome the challenges.
I had failed in getting admission into the institutes that I have aimed for. Still, without losing hope I had secured admission into a good college. But that failure made realize the value of efforts that we invest. I have utilized every opportunity available and did some innovative projects. These works had also helped me published my research paper in an international journal.
This also made me explore other fields other than academics. Then the field of Economics and Finance piqued my interest and this made me pursue an MBA. Then another challenge arises. The coaching center was one hour away from home. So, I need to commute between coaching center, home, and college daily which is another hour away. I should also do the college work and prepare for the admissions simultaneously.
This time I didn’t back away from the challenge. I gave my best and put all my efforts. These efforts helped to overcome the challenge and helped me to secure admission into one of the most prestigious management institutes, IIM Kashipur. I know the challenges will be greater from here. But if my previous challenges taught me anything, it is to take up every challenge and give your best, you will find success.
