IIM Kashipur understands the importance of developing a global outlook for the budding managers and has entered into MoUs with reputed universities worldwide, including Coller School of Management, Tel Aviv University (Israel), Aalborg University (Denmark), ALBA Business School (Greece), and ESDES Lyon (France) to send students on exchange programmes. Our students also regularly represent India in the International Youth Delegate programme by the Government of India.
IIM Kashipur regularly invites stalwarts from across the industry to present guest lectures to our students. As part of our TEDx IIM Kashipur initiative, we also invite famous personalities from other walks of life to talk about their experiences of struggles and hard work. Needless to say, the sheer amount of interactions that an IIM Kashipur student have with these renowned personalities provide us with a wealth of information and insight that cannot be imparted with any classroom training techniques. At the end of six trimesters of the PGP programme at IIM Kashipur, the institute experience moulds the raw talent entering the B-School to better manager and a better human being.

Which ABG company would one want to work for and why?
The one ABG company that I would to work for is Idea Cellular. The telecommunication industry in India is witnessing massive disruption and Idea Cellular with its recent merger with Vodafone India has the potential to win over the telecom industry which contributes to 6.5% of the GDP and growing at a rate of 7.3%. The huge opportunities and evolving technologies force the company to stay on top of their game and it would be an exciting opportunity for a manager with a communications engineering background like me.
