Joining SIBM B proved to be a wise decision forme. It was here in this college that I got a chance to explore new things, stepped out of my comfort zone and found my true calling. The pedagogy at SIBM B is a balanced mix of lectures, assignments, group exercise, case studies, presentations and live projects. It pushes you to go beyond your limits and brings out the best in you.
My day starts at 7:00 am and goes on till midnight. And as hectic as my daily routine is, I always learn something new at the end of the day which makes the whole process worth it. Life in an MBA college teaches you to manage your time efficiently, multi-task, and juggle work with your family and friends. The committees and clubs of the college help you grow on a personal level.
SIBM B gave me an opportunity to intern at Kinara Capital, one of the most well-known NBFCs in India. I am grateful for this opportunity as I got to work here in the Finance Department under the direct guidance of senior management team of this organisation.
“One way to get the most out of anything is to look upon it as an adventure” - this quote from William Feather always inspires me to strive and excel. This one year has taught me a lot of things and academia is just a small part of it. I was able to connect the concepts taught here to the things I learnt at my workplace. One year at SIBM B has transformed me into a better version of myself.
