Challenges are an inevitable part of our lives, and there will be no element of surprise if I say that we tend to feel, facing more challenges when we are on our way to achieve something. Having studied in a Jesuit school having an ICSE course structure in itself was never an easy way to go. Discipline and sincerity took the forefront, and curriculum set in a way that one could get a real time experience of effective utilization of time. Even in my higher secondary days, a daily schedule of 6 to 9, with school and coaching being lined at a stretch, sparing me just the meal hours, were quite normal. Those two years made me realize my potential as well as patience of waiting for things to work out in my favor because giving up was never an option for me anyways. In my graduation years the challenges that I faced were more field based rather than academics. Handling people and aligning them to the goals was one of the greatest challenges I faced during the time of events. I learned how one has to maintain composure for its team to function in a right way even when situations are not so pleasant. I progressed a step towards achieving my goals by fighting my own weaknesses and enhance my strengths by extracting the best out of opportunities. It was all smooth till I realized I had to prove my abilities by forgoing various examinations that would bring me closer to what I had sweat for, so long. It was a roller coaster ride from fulfilling expectations to fighting one’s own depression and demotivation that brought me to what I have today.

An undergraduate from agriculture background to an MBA HR student of an prestigious b school like XAHR was never easy. Since childhood i had inculcated the habit of being ambitious and driven towards goal. I love challenges and always look for opportunities to do better. I love interacting with people and understand their culture and behavior.
