Journey Towards Self-Discovery - IIFT

IIFT has provided me with a great start to this journey, pouring up ample of opportunities to explore the capabilities within myself and at the same time nurture them and harness my energy towards becoming a highly skilled individual. Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program(ABGLP) is one such opportunity. Just like the diverse portfolio of Aditya Birla Group, IIFT too offers an environment which is in alignment to the ever changing global scenarios. One such sector in which Aditya Birla Group operates, and is of my interest, is ‘Fashion & Lifestyle’.

Tom Ford once said, “Dressing well is a form of good manners”, and I heartedly feel that dressing is the first step towards showing that you are interested in the endeavour you are pursuing. Dressing well is a way of celebrating your daily life, and Aditya Birla Group under the name of Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail Ltd. (ABFRL) promotes the same thought. The fashion industry has evolved drastically over past couple of years, giving way to people to enjoy a more global experience and a more futuristic and comprehensive omni-channel options. I, would like to grab this opportunity to work with ABFRL and experience the working and challenges of this industry and at the same time bring in new ideas to help the customers celebrate their life through what they dress.
